The game Dead Space is a futuristic game where you attack monsters of all sorts. The way you kill the monsters is by cutting off their limbs, its awesomely gory. It is also scary, the way the monsters run at you and shriek, or the sound the something scurrying around in the dark that you can't see. If you play this game during the day with the blinds up and light coming in all over the place that is one thing, it is another to play this game late at night with the blinds closed and all lights out in your house. The interface of this game is one of jitters and havoc, one way to make your game stand out in a sea of first person shooter games. The only problem I had with the game was the fact that there are only a few enemy types, so once you learn the weakness of them, the game is pretty redundant. You can only cut off so many legs, lets put it that way. I think overall Dead Space is a great game, Electronic Arts did a great job on this one.

Thanks for the comment on my achievements post man. After viewing your blog I could tell it was part of your blogging for cash method, but I didn't mind because I read your posts on it and it gave me some ideas on how to turn some profit off of my writing if I ever needed to.
Reading your capsule review of Dead Space, I wanted to let you know that you definitely need to check out Left 4 Dead to see if you have the same problem with the limited number of enemy types. If you're not familiar with the game, it's a 4-player cooperative online shooter with survival horror elements and a tactical edge at higher difficulty levels. The game suffers from the same problem of limited enemy types, but you don't really notice it as much because of the excellent "AI director" that gauges your team play and sends different kind of monsters at your team accordingly. So the 4 maps you play on are never really quite the same; one time you'll breeze through a map and then the next time you'll be hammered by just the perfect combo of Infected enemies to send your team back to a checkpoint. Awesome game, definitely a must-rent if not a must-buy for a shooter fan.
I might suggest for the purposes of blogging for cash that you get a Gamefly account and play games the minute the come out for the purposes of writing higher-traffic reviews. If I wanted to make money I definitely would be writing solely about brand new games and not about my thoughts on older ones (because people aren't searching tags for them as much to find out whether they should buy or rent games). Good luck with all your endeavors!
